Pierce The Veil returns with a unique new The Nirvana pass

Pierce The Veil is back with a new single, Pass The Nirvana.

The grungy guitar-driven track marks their first new music in six years and finds the trio venturing into new territory far from their post-hardcore roots. Frontman and guitarist Vic Fuentes said:

“Pass The Nirvana is about the many horrific traumas America’s youth have endured over the past few years. COVID, no proms, no degrees, an insurrection, school shootings. The list goes on. Their lives have been rocked like clothes in a dryer, as the tensions within our country have seeped into our own homes, friends and families. For me, the song represents a euphoric detachment from all that anxiety and stress and finding form peace or nirvana.

The San Diego band’s last album was 2016’s ‘Misadventures’. They will be touring the UK this winter, with backing from Against The Current and Carolesdaughter. They also have North American dates in the diary this fall, supporting I Prevail.
